Warehouse Operatives (Night Shift) – Coleraine

Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking 10+ Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a leading distribution centre based in the Coleraine Industrial Park area.

Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:15pm – 7:00am

Pay Rate:
£14.11 per hour
Overtime paid after 40 hours at time and a half
Picker performance bonus (based on achievable targets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling, including lifting, loading and unloading cages
• Operating an electric stand-on pallet truck
• Picking and packing using a voice-directed headset system
• Barcode scanning and stock locating
• Wrapping and securing pallets
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all hygiene standards
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience
• Manual handling experience
• Voice-directed headset system experience is highly desirable
• Previous Electric Pallet truck experience is highly desirable (training provided)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
